Meeting with Lennar
We learned that Lennar has agreed to address the lack of landscaping along the North side of SE 258th Street and stain fencing in the common areas.
Other items we are pursuing include:
Ownership and incorrect paint color of the concrete fence along 204th Ave.
The absence of irrigation along Tract L300 or the southside of SE 259th St.
The disposition of Tract G, the open space at the corner of 208th Ave SE and SE 259th Ct.
