  • What does the council know about Maple Hills V development? We are concerned that construction vehicles and ultimately personal vehicles and pedestrians will cause unwanted risk to our community.

    • 22-single family units, currently going through

    • OakPointe still hasn't been determined

 

  • What is city's position about the maintenance of the planted strips along 204th and 259th?

 

  • Please share an update on the development of the 204 arterials

    • Should be paved and stripped in May 2022

 

  • Cleaning the street

    • Cleaning the streets of

 

  • Additional stop signs within the community

    • Has to be evaluated by our traffic engineer, submit to Bob Lensco

 

  • Stop lines, crosswalk, speed bumps

 

  • Snow plow services

    • There is a schedule, the city has 2 plows and they run 24-hours

 

  • Police/Security

    • Camera was put in place to monitor construction

    • Police force is down 20% - King County requirement

      • Part of the OakPointe agreement they have to an increase police

      • Police station is going into OakPointe

      • Improvement in lighting
