Notes from meeting with Brandon of Cascade, 4/14:
He will have his crew be more careful about cleaning up - i.e. Baby Park cleanup
They don’t do any seasonal planting. Suggested Holland. - Release Landscaping Poll prior to next week's HOA Meeting, and potentially use Natural Land Effects for this effort
Dave is going to move this forward, Send to Rhonda to email out. Thomas will put on Facebook. Dave will put on Website
They will remove dead growth in Tract H. Regarding the three blossoming trees there, he doesn’t think there is much more that can be done. He will trim them some more, but they really won’t ever look good. We may want to replace them.
He suggests not cutting back the ferns along 258th. They are more alive than they look right now. Everything should start to look a lot better soon.
They will spray for weeds along rockery on back cul de sac. He has sprayed Tract G and trimmed. Not a lot more that can be done there.
I forgot to ask about cutting tree stumps closer to ground.
He can’t do anything about the tree that is tipped near the entrance. He said he told you that.
He says we need to get the irrigation system checked. He has pictures that show wires exposed and cut along 204th. He is afraid the construction workers didn’t do any repairs.
The irrigation box back at Tract R1 was repeatedly vandalized last year. We need to figure out some way to prevent that. Someone kept reconfiguring the schedule. Even broke a lock to get into the box. He said he told you about it.
