    • Landscaping

      • Contact Green City regarding removing trees before the planting of trees is an option for the summer

      • Add something in the newsletter regarding kids playing in the wooded area

    • Roma Meadows and Maple Hills V

      • Addition of 32 homes between Roma Meadows and Maple Hills V would exceed a one entrance neighborhood

    • City driving impact

      • Is there a need a for a 4-way stop at the exit of our neighborhood

      • Construction normally comes down 207th

New Business

  • Landscaping along 204th North of the Entrance

  • Fix under the tree lighting at main park

  • Actions from landscaping poll - committee?

    • Thomas called regarding adding trash cans at the parks

  • Signage from the wooded area at the end of SE 259th Ct. - Windermere Update

  • Cedar Downs pathway to Library - Windermere

    • Rhonda is going to take more time to find out who to contact

  • June 20 Executive meeting

    • Identified reserve study items for current year

    • Identified tree replacement needs

  • Address trash & poop pickup

    • Rhonda is going to do further investigation on what other communities do with community trash cans

  • Reserve study - next steps - Association Reserve

    • Rhonda is going look at the regulations of the park and gravel is level with the edge

    • Hector has a contact for play bark
