Damaged Mailbox was charged and paid by homeowner

Aging Report

Various accounts addressed and completed

L100 and Tract G

Follow up with addition designers

Lincoln added designers to Chat, Theresa captured

Tree Replacement - Andrew of Green City

Still awaiting quote from his tree broker

Stairs to nowhere

Motion to approve removal of the stairs for $1100

2nd by Lincoln

House number on the curbs on the front of the homes

Theresa is going to reach out to the city regarding if this was allowed

Add to Newsletter to gage wider interest

Interim Parking Plan during construction

Put into place at the start of Maple Hills V construction

Tree Spraying for Caterpillars along main drive

Still waiting on quotes

Annexation Supplement Declaration & Letter

Add the letter to the Newsletter

The Board will walk around to collect ballots for the Annexation from May 16th through 21st
