Homeowner Forum

  • Entrance and Tract G looking good

  • Replacement of trees in the 209th loop

    • We got a quote, potential replacement in Oct or Nov depending budget

  • Potential stoplight at the entrance

    • Nothing plans as of yet

  • Landscaping

    • Weeding in the walkway towards the Garrett Loop

    • Park in Garrett

  • Tract 201

    • Blackberries are in full effect and need an annual plan

  • Gate on 208th?

    • Will not be replaced

Revised May 2023 HOA Board Meeting Minutes

  • Could not be approved because of Lincoln's absence in meeting

  • Thomas cannot approve because he wrote the meeting

  • Dave cannot approve because he is the President

Old Business

  • Check reimbursed from fraudulent check cashed of $3100 to Pacific Arboriculture

  • Backflow testing has been completed

  • Newly installed water meter near Tract G needs to be back flowed

  • Reviewed invoice for the new landscape and the add of gravel

Irrigation

  • 259th Street is completed

  • L100 was included in Entrance Landscaping

  • 259th Court - still outstanding

  • Tract H

Can we go after Lennar for anything outstanding?

  • We signed an agreed with Lennar that the issue is closed

Pause of meeting for neighbor on Sathish, 25713 207th PL SE, regarding the newly planted trees at the entrance and when they grow how it could impact his neighborhood

Patching of the Road

  • There is a hump in the road currently

  • Thomas is going to take some pictures and send it to Theresa

  • Theresa will contact the patchers to fix

Maple Hills V

  • Dave will send over his notes from the Maple Hills V meeting

  • Thomas will add to the meeting minutes

  • Theresa will send out an email blast as an update

New Business

  • Signs, no promotional or marketing signs in the community

    • Reaching out to the Piano and Real Estate on other ways to market their business

    • Review the Rules & Regulations

  • Complete Signature Cards

  • Lot 187 approved to move their fence

  • 2024 Reserve Study Approved

  • July 24th - Next Board Meeting

    • Annual Meeting November 20th
