o   Thomas got in touch with Tod Wilkinson of KBA, Inc., Brandon of Cascade Landscaping is going to reach out to Tod to determine the location of the irritation line break and potential fixes.  Sara is going to follow up to determine that this issue is resolved.

●      Finance:

o   Overdue HOA dues letter?

o   Follow up on notation at the top of the letters proposed by Sara

●      Management:

o   Follow up with Jason Hancock, Director of Land Development for Lennar

o   Sent the board the first draft of the note to the planning manager

o   Review of J&M contract and discuss retaining services
