● ACC process:
o Lot (doesn’t want to put in fence) - Per us no issue if they put a fence, but per current CC&R’s this wouldn’t be approved. We feel it’s ok but need to look into change of CC&R’s (Section 4.2G and Section 6.22)
o Lot (concrete walkway) - No issue with this…
o What about work done that wasn’t authorized? Place in our first newsletter around how and where to find information…
