○      Review of CCRs. 

○      Rule for Fines, collection procedures and letter of declaration from Greg.

○      Code of conduct (draft in governing documents folder).

○      Rules on aggressive animals (check Forster Woods in North Bend governing documents - https://www.fwhoa.com/community-links).

○      Rules on leasing/renting properties or portions thereof (Section 6.1)

○      Newsletter status; addition about Electronic Notice Consent form.

○      Arrears letters need to be sent out by Sara.

●      Landscaping

○      Horticulturist for evaluation of trees. Received recommendation from Greg:  Dennis Tompkins, The Evergreen Arborist, inc., 253-863-7469 (One of Greg’s partners has even used him for trial testimony).

○      Invoice from Randy for work on sprinkler system ($1,554) dated 8/3.

●      Legal

○      Review of letter from Greg, dated 8/9, regarding assessment collections and addition to newsletter.

●      Developer

○      Meeting with Jason at main park. When? (Dave sent follow-on email to Jason, 8/10)

●      Homeowner issues

○      Follow up with the homeowner who sent a video of a neighbor about a noisy dog. Intent is to document that we are proactive. See if we need to help in any way. Do we issue a notice of violation and warning and follow up with fines?

○      Follow up with SM about noisy neighbor parties. Do we need to write a letter of cease and desist? If they don’t, fines may follow.
